God has standards for obvious seasons, He is Holy. Now God has those standards not just for Himself but for us as well, look there is a reason why we cannot see God and live. The bible says God spoke to the Israelites once and they got so scared they begged Moses to tell God never to speak to them directly again. God is not ordinary He is Holy, Magnificent, Sovereign, Powerful He is God. The angels and the elders look at Him each time and have no choice but to bow down and sing He is Holy. They have no choice because He is Holy.
The fear of God incorporates standing in awe of Him, it means experiencing God’s Holiness to a point where you cannot hep but to stand in awe of Him. He has certain standards that He has set purely on the basis of His Nature He is God all by Himself and there is no one like Him hence His standards are unique and consistent with His Character. My greatest desire now is to grow in my fear of God. To continually grow in it and honour it, never to become familiar with the Almighty.
The standards of God show in how He created everything God went all out and He is so intentional. I am in a season where I am challenged to raise my standards high because of who I am, I am a child of God and possess every spiritual blessing from my Father. In the way I conduct myself, I perceive life my standards are being raised by God Himself because He said He will sustain them.
